Three casinos are included on the Discover card: Casino Copenhagen, Casino Vesterport and Casino Marienlyst in Helsingør. Entry only — the card does not cover chips or play.
Three separate venues, one entry each, and one boundary that matters more than anything else on this page.
Casino Copenhagen and Casino Vesterport in the city, Casino Marienlyst up the coast at Helsingør. The Discover card includes entry to each.
The central one, and the straightforward choice if you are curious rather than committed — it is close enough to the rest of a card day that looking in costs you nothing but the walk.
By Vesterport station, a few minutes from Copenhagen Central and the Tivoli end of town. The second city venue, and a second separate entry on the same card.
The one that changes a day rather than an evening. Marienlyst is up at Helsingør, where Kronborg and the M/S Maritime Museum already are, so it turns a castle day trip into something that carries on after the museums shut.
What "included" means here is narrower than it sounds, and there are two conditions on getting in at all. Confirmed against the card issuer's attraction list.
Two are in central Copenhagen and one is at Helsingør, so the journey depends on which you are going to. All of it is on the Discover card.
All three are included on the same card, so the only cost of adding them is the time. For the full list, see every attraction the Copenhagen Card covers.
The 1843 pleasure gardens by Copenhagen Central — gardens, buildings and the wooden rollercoaster, open late into the evening.
Hamlet’s castle on the Øresund, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with casemates below and the Great Hall above.
Denmark’s maritime history built into the old dry dock beside Kronborg, underground and around the empty basin.
The Discover card includes entry to all three — and remember it is entry only — along with 80+ more attractions and unlimited public transport across the Capital Region.
The Discover card covers entry to Casino Copenhagen, Casino Vesterport and Casino Marienlyst in Helsingør, one entry at each. It covers admission only — chips, stakes and play are not. The issuer does not publish an entry figure, so this page states none. The Hop card covers none of them.
All three are open on Mondays, which puts them among the few card inclusions that never close at the start of the week. Hours run late rather than early, so this is an evening option on a day the museums have already used up.
Nothing needs booking. Show the QR code in the Copenhagen Card app at the door. Bring photo ID as well — an age limit applies at all three and the card is not identification — and check the venue’s dress code, which may be enforced.
One scan per attraction applies, but these are three separate attractions rather than one, so the card gets you into each of the three once. Going to Casino Copenhagen does not use up Vesterport or Marienlyst.
Show the live QR code in the Copenhagen Card app at the door, with photo ID alongside it. A screenshot will not scan — it has to be the app, which works offline once activated. The card admits you; anything you then play with is your own money.
