This is an independent guide. The Copenhagen Card is issued by Wonderful Copenhagen and sold by third parties, not by us. We do not sell cards, take payment, issue vouchers, or provide customer support for them.

Refunds, cancellations, activation problems, a code that will not redeem, a card that was not accepted at a venue — all of that is between you and the seller. We have no ability to look up, alter or refund an order.
We check prices against the sellers' and venues' own listings and date the pages accordingly, but the information here is provided as it stands, without warranty. Prices change, attractions join and leave the card, opening hours move with the season, and venues close without notice.
Before committing money or a day of your trip to a specific venue, confirm the detail with that venue or with the seller. Where a page marks a figure as an estimate, treat it as one.
The calculators are planning aids. They work out arithmetic from the prices we hold and the choices you tick — nothing more. They cannot know whether you will actually get to everything you selected, and they are not a prediction of what your trip will cost.
