Please tell us — this is the most useful message we get. A link to the venue or seller page showing the correct figure means we can fix it the same day.
Contact the seller you bought from — normally GetYourGuide or Tiqets — not us. We do not sell cards and have no access to orders, so we cannot look yours up, change it or refund it.
That is the seller (GetYourGuide or Tiqets) or the card's own app. Start with the confirmation email from your purchase — it has the support route on it. Our how to use page covers the usual stumbling blocks.
If we have described your venue wrongly or listed the wrong admission price, write in and we will correct it. We do not sell placement, so there is nothing to buy.

We do not sell links, sponsored posts or placement in the attraction lists. Messages offering to buy them will not get a reply.
