This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no logins, no comments and no newsletter, so there is very little to collect — and we do not.
https://thecopenhagencard.com is published by The Copenhagen Card, Copenhagen, Denmark — an independent publisher, not the issuer of the card of the same name. For data protection purposes that publisher is the controller for any personal data this site processes. Reach us at info@thecopenhagencard.com.
Nothing that identifies you. We run no analytics, set no cookies of our own, and operate no tracking pixels. There is no form on this site that asks for your details, and no mailing list to join.
Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This is ordinary web-server logging, not something we query or use to build a profile of you.
Loading a page here causes your browser to make requests to a small number of other companies. Each of them receives your IP address and can set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.
Serves the typeface used across the site, from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Loaded on every page.
Provides the booking widget on the buy page and receives affiliate referrals from our links. Loaded on pages carrying that widget.
Also shown on the buy page, on the same basis.
A script that rewrites some of the outbound links in our text so that a booking made after following one can be attributed to us. Loaded on every page. It does not touch the booking widgets, which sit in frames it cannot reach into.
Serves the pages and images and keeps the request logs described above.
If you follow a link to either ticket seller or to any attraction's own site, you leave this site and their privacy policy applies from that point. We do not pass them any information about you beyond the fact that you arrived via our link. Where the link service above has rewritten a link, it sits in the middle of that hop and sees it happen.
When you click through to a seller, they typically set a cookie recording that the referral came from us, so that a resulting purchase can be attributed. That cookie is set by the seller on their own domain, under their own policy — not by us. See our affiliate disclosure for what the arrangement is.
Data protection law gives you rights to access, correct and erase personal data held about you, and to object to its processing. We hold no such data, so in practice there is nothing for us to return or delete. If you believe otherwise, write to us and we will look into it.
To limit what the third parties above receive, block third-party cookies or use a content blocker. The site is readable without them; only the booking widgets on the buy page depend on scripts loading.
This site is aimed at adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, children included.
If what the site does changes — if we add analytics, for instance — this page changes first, and the date at the top of it moves.
Questions about this policy: info@thecopenhagencard.com, or write to The Copenhagen Card, Copenhagen, Denmark. This policy covers https://thecopenhagencard.com only.
If you are in the EU or EEA and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority. In Denmark that is Datatilsynet.
